I live in New York, I have two sisters and two brothers and I'm an aunt of two nephews and four nieces whom I love a lot. I attended Martin Van Buren High School and went to York College.
I am a single mother of two. I have been a lover of poetry since I was a child. Every since I wrote a story about my life in high school and I received a B I loved to write. This is my third year being nominated for poet of the year and last year Poetry. Com gave me the Editor's Choice Award. My poetry is featured on different websites Poetry.com and Ilove poetry and now this site. I write symbolic, religious and free style poetry. Some of my poems are in the Anthology series. I also started writings music three years ago and I have written dramatizations. Noble House has recently asked to publish my poetry internationally. There have been other offers, I know that this is a gift from the LORD without him this all would not be possible. Poetry is my voice on paper speaking to those who want to listen. I am in the process of publishing my first manuscript which has to do with religious poetry. My second was written for the younger audiences letting them know it's o. k to be different. I am now working on my third manuscript based on poems dealing with reality. I say if you have a dream try your best to fulfill it.
